How Do I Give A User Access To Only View Live Or Saved Video?


Access to live and saved video can be restricted to specific logins through the use of custom permissions.


Note: A user with the View Live/Saved Video custom permission will have access to view all available cameras.


To restrict a login’s access using the website:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to "Users"
  3. Click on "Manage Logins"
  4. Select the login to be restricted
  5. In the "Permissions" section, choose "Custom"
  6. In "Feature Permissions", select "View Live/Saved Video"
  7. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
